1. Privacy Policy

1.1 Information We Collect

When you submit the booking form, we collect the following details:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• Event details (date, location, schedule)
• Any additional information you include in your message

1.2 How We Use Your Information

We only use your personal data to:

• Respond to your enquiry and confirm availability
• Prepare a quotation and booking confirmation
• Communicate with you before, during, and after your event

1.3 Data Storage & Security

Your details are stored securely and are not shared with third parties unless required by law. We keep booking records for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted.

1.4 Your Rights

You have the right to request:

• A copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction or deletion of your data
• Withdrawal of your consent at any time

2. Booking Terms

2.1 Service Scope

• Photography coverage (up to 40 edited photographs)
• Static 4K video recording from one fixed angle
• Up to 2.5 hours on-site coverage
• Digital delivery within 72 hours of the event

2.2 Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once we agree on details via email and a confirmation message is sent to you.
• Payment is due in full on the event day unless otherwise agreed.

2.3 Cancellations

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the event: no fee.
• Cancellation within 7 days of the event: 50% of the agreed fee.
• Cancellation within 24 hours of the event: full fee applies.

2.4 Delivery

• Edited photographs are delivered via secure online gallery or download link.
• The static video is provided as a single file with no advanced editing.

2.5 Copyright & Usage

• You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered photos and video for personal or business purposes.
• I retain the copyright and may use selected images or video excerpts for my portfolio or marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing.

2.6 Liability

While I take every reasonable measure to ensure quality and reliability, I am not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside my control (e.g., severe weather, illness, equipment failure).
