📄 Refund and Returns Policy (RightBe Shop)

At RightBe, every product is created with care and attention. Because our wall art and print-on-demand products are made to order, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges. However, we want you to feel confident shopping with us, so please read our policy below:


✅ When You Can Request a Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
  • You receive the wrong product, size, or design compared to your order confirmation.
  • Your order is lost during shipping.

📸 In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at office@rightbe.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

❌ When We Cannot Offer Refunds or Returns

Because all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind (you no longer want the product)
  • Wrong size ordered (please check size guides carefully before purchase)
  • Slight colour or size variations due to the printing process (tolerance ± 3mm is standard)

🔄 Process for Refunds & Replacements

  • If your request is approved, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund (including shipping, if applicable).
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
