Shipping Policy

1) Production & Dispatch

• Most items are printed on demand and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
• We partner with reliable print labs in the UK/EU/US; your order may ship from the closest location to reduce time and emissions.
• Multiple items in one order can ship separately with individual tracking numbers.

2) Estimated Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Europe: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• USA & Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Rest of World: 7–14+ business days after dispatch

Estimates exclude weekends, public holidays and unforeseen carrier delays.

3) Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on product, destination, and carrier availability. From time to time we may offer free or reduced shipping promotions.

4) Tracking

Tracking information is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the facility. If your link hasn’t updated within 48 hours, contact us at office@rightbe.com.

5) Customs, VAT & Duties

• UK orders: VAT is handled at checkout where applicable.
• International orders: Local taxes/duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot mark orders as gifts or undervalue shipments.

6) Address Issues & Failed Delivery

• Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you need a change, email us within 1 hour of ordering—after production starts we may be unable to amend.
• Returned parcels due to incorrect/insufficient address or non-collection may require additional postage to resend.

7) Missing, Late or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable window, please email office@rightbe.com within 7 days of delivery estimate and include photos of packaging/product where relevant. We’ll replace or resolve promptly.
