General terms for purchases and services at RIGHTBe Shop.

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via rightbe.com, including wall art, digital downloads, and photography/videography services.

2. Products

  • Wall Art & Print-on-Demand: Produced and shipped via third-party partner (Printify). Sizes and colours may vary slightly.
  • Digital Downloads: Provided immediately after payment. Non-refundable once delivered.
  • Photography Services: On-site coverage, editing, and deliverables as described in the booking confirmation.

3. Orders & Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in GBP (£). VAT is applied where applicable. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Wall art orders are shipped directly from our production partner. Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Digital downloads are available via link immediately after purchase. Photography service deliverables are provided as per the agreed timeline.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Wall Art: Refunds/replacements available for damaged or defective products (evidence required within 7 days of receipt).
  • Digital Downloads: Not eligible for refund once delivered.
  • Photography Services: Cancellation terms as specified in the booking agreement (50% fee within 7 days, full fee within 24h).

6. Intellectual Property

All works remain copyrighted to Eugen Horoiu / RIGHTBe. Customers receive a non-exclusive licence for personal or business display. Redistribution, resale, or modification without consent is prohibited.

7. Liability

RIGHTBe is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party services, carriers, or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
