How long does production take?
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. We’ll email tracking as soon as your parcel ships.
When will my order arrive?
Typical transit times after dispatch: UK 2–5 business days, Europe/US 3–7, Rest of World 7–14+. Delays can occur around holidays or due to customs.
Do items ship together?
Orders may ship in multiple parcels from our different partner facilities. Each parcel gets its own tracking link.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes—tracking is sent via email once your order leaves the facility. If the link hasn’t updated within 48 hours, contact office@rightbe.com.
What if my item is damaged or lost?
Send photos and your order number to office@rightbe.com within 7 days. We’ll replace or resolve quickly.
Can I return or exchange?
Please see our Refund & Returns Policy. As most items are printed on demand, returns are handled case-by-case for defects or damage.
I entered a wrong address—can you change it?
Email us within 1 hour of ordering. After production starts, changes may not be possible. Returned parcels due to wrong address may require additional postage to resend.
Do you charge VAT or customs?
UK VAT is handled at checkout where applicable. International customers may be charged local duties/taxes on delivery.
Do you offer digital downloads?
Yes, selected works are available as digital files for personal use. Delivery is via download link after payment.
Can I request a custom size or commission?
Absolutely—use the contact page with your brief (size, deadline, usage). We’ll advise pricing and options.
Do you provide invoices for business purchases?
Yes—reply to your order confirmation with your billing details (business name, address, VAT number if any) and we’ll issue a VAT invoice.
